My Higher Coach is coming through loud and clear…
As I strategize a graceful exit from this financial no-man’s land I created for myself, I am struck more and more by the fact that when you have no direction, other people will try to get you to do what fits their agenda. They don’t do it to hurt you, but hey—you’re not doing for yourself, so you might as well do for them. So now I try to notice the resistance I feel when I get advice that might be “good” but not helpful in the long term for me. Because when I analyze who I am, the essentials really haven’t changed all that much. I still value my creativity and self-expression as much as things like comfort and security. My methods weren’t always the most effective or helpful before, but I think I have it under control now… Change is coming and I am ready!
